This page covers this website and the CleanHAR waitlist. The CleanHAR product isn't available yet. Before it launches, we'll update this page to cover the diagnostics customers send through it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store what you type into the form:
- your work email and company name
- your help desk, support team size, and how often you ask customers for HAR files or console logs
- whether you ticked "Reserve the founding price"
We also store where you came from: a tag in the link you used (for example ?utm_source=linkedin), or the website that linked you here.
We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts.
Why we use it
- to email you about early access and the free pilot
- to understand which teams need CleanHAR most
We don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to anyone else's mailing list.
Who processes it
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts this website and receives the form. It processes your IP address to serve the page and protect it from abuse. |
| Neon | Stores waitlist entries in a database in the United States (AWS US East). |
| Resend | Sends us an email alert with your answers when you sign up. |
| Google Fonts | Serves this site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads. |
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until CleanHAR launches and you decide whether to use it. If you don't become a customer, we delete it within 12 months of when you signed up, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
Email hello@cleanhar.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist. We'll reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects you, we'll email you first.
